How to Use

1 Wear gloves and choose proper specifications.

2 Use cast padding or stockinet on the fixed part.

3 Open bag, dip cast in room temperature water (4-6 sec), press 2-3 times, squeeze out excess water.

4 Wrap spirally with proper tension (2-4 layers for non-weight-bearing, 4-6 for weight-bearing).

5 Shape as needed. Solidifies in 3-5 mins; full strength in 20 mins.

6 Use electric cast saw for removal.

Storage & Maintenance

Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated atmosphere (15-30°C, Humidity < RH60%). Avoid bag breakage during transport to prevent premature solidification from air moisture. Shelf life: 3 years.
