• Hold the bandage so that the start of the roll is facing up.
• Secure the loose end with one hand, then wrap in a circle twice around the foot (outside to inside).
• Wrap upward toward the knee in circles. Stop below the knee.
• Fasten the end to the bandage. Avoid metal clips in skin folds like behind the knee.
